Strength & conditioning for athletes

Our athletes' strength and conditioning class is designed to elevate your performance to new heights. Our training focuses on building maximal strength, explosive power, and dynamic endurance, improving overall athleticism through a combination of targeted workouts and expert guidance. This program is designed to make any athlete stronger, faster, and quicker, but our expert coaching will perfectly tailor your sessions for your sport’s specific needs.

Mon/Wed/Fri: 10am-11:15am

Tue/Thur: 3:30pm-4:45pm

muay thai / striking

Uplift currently offers 1:1 Muay Thai training with Coach Adam Reynolds. Adam is a professional Muay Thai fighter, who is still actively competing.
